Beautiful bride identified by readers

Reader Sue Garthe responded to the Traverse Area Historical Society archive photo that appeared in the Community section on April 9. She writes: "The lovely bride on page 2c of today's paper is Ursula Anders Hemming."

---

Lorraine Tremain Thiel, secretary for the Traverse City High School Class of 1942, also wrote in about the photograph.

She writes: "This beautiful lady was a graduate of the TCHS Class of 1942. Ursula Jane Anders was a vivacious, sports loving person who participated in several sports. Ursula became the wife of Robert Hemming. Some time after Bob's death she married Russell W. Lentner. Our class had many very special reunions and they were among the many of us who attended. Ursula passed away January 10, 2006 in Butte, Montana at the home of one her children."
