Showcasing the creativity of Great Lakes Culinary Institute students, the 14th Annual Grand Traverse Taster's Guild Auction drew 500 attendees Friday evening to the Hagerty Center on Northwestern Michigan College's Great Lakes Campus. In addition to cuisines from around the world and a sea of tortes for desert, the evening also raised between $25,000-30,000 for future scholarships and granted $23,000 in scholarships to 20 current students.
