Petty Officer 1st Class Matt High, from U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, observes the damages left in the wake of the Red River floods while conducting an over-flight of the area in an HH-65C Dolphin rescue helicopter. During the over-flight, the helicopter crew searched for people in distress and was available to respond immediately, in case of an emergency.
