Members of an informal canoe racing group are hosting a Paddle Day Saturday downtown on the Boardman River featuring a Challenge Course to build on-water skills. The event runs in conjunction with the Outback Steakhouse Canoe Race, a professional competition with events Saturday and Sunday.
