Cemetery offers history walk

GRAYLING -- The Crawford County Historical Society will hold a Cemetery Walk in the old cemetery at Elmwood Cemetery.

From 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, costumed interpreters will be at designated grave sites to provide historical perspective about the family represented. Civil War veterans' grave sites will be marked for viewing with information about the veterans.

Tickets are $5 each. Children younger than 16 are admitted free and families are admitted for $20. Tickets are on sale at Riverland, Flowers by Josie, AuSable Gifts and the Crawford County Depot Museum during regular business hours. Visitors will receive a map of the featured sites; parking will be on area side streets.
