PAHA Rebels finish regular season on top

The PAHA Rebels midget A travel team finished their regular season in the WMJV league as the Tier I division winner, taking a 11-1 win over the Grand Rapids Eagles.

Casey Challender scored two goals on assists from Tyler Jensen and Tyler Markin. Mitch Hoffman had three goals with an assist on one by Sam Savage. Caleb Morgan scored four times with assists from Markin, Challender, Conor Ott and Cole Elliott. Russell Tandy added two goals with the help of Elliott. Sam Kosinski and Graham Cunningham had a strong defensive game. Tyler Jensen faced 10 shots on goal for the win.

The Rebels skated to a 3-3 tie against East Grand Rapids JV. Markin had two goals with an assist from Hoffman and Morgan. Kosinski had the third goal with an assist from Tandy. Cunningham was the defensive standout for the game. Justin Moss was in the goal and faced 32 shots.

The Rebels league record is 19-2-1 and overall season record is 24-11-4.
